- All applications must be made electronically through the Academic Cooperation Management System (SIGCA) (https://sigca.sre.gob.mx/) during its active period.
- The registration of applications must be submitted in Spanish.
- It is necessary that applicants attach the documentation in accordance with the indications of the system and in accordance with the provisions of the 2025 call. It is important to note that this Embassy will not receive physical applications.
- The SIGCA portal will be open from July 14, 2025, at 6:00 PM to September 12, 2025, at 3:00 PM (Central Mexico Time). Results will be announced between October 8th and October 13th, 2025.
- The scholarships are offered only in the areas of knowledge, indicated in the 2025 call.
- This call for Applications is open to foreign individuals interested in pursuing studies in Mexico from more than 180 countries in accordance with diplomatic relations, bilateral legal frameworks, multilateral mechanisms, and special agreements.
