The Government of Belize (the “Borrower”) has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) (the “Bank”) toward the cost of the Skills for the Future Program. The Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Technology, an executing agency of the Borrower, intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this loan to perform the consulting services (hereinafter called “Services”): Programme Engineer.
